A number of services are available to financial institutions that use Experian’s Strategy Design Studio software.
These services will make sure that users are making the most out of the functionality that’s available, and not slipping into bad habits as memories fade of the initial training that was given.
It's very easy (and in our experience, frighteningly common!) for strategies to be applied that are free from ‘errors’, but are actually setting outcomes incorrectly. For example, this could be because of mistakes in the way that segmentation is applied.

Trainee Lender
Junior Risk Analysts work in teams to manage a fictitious portfolio of Credit Cards, and maximise its profit.
Over a series of 10 phases, teams will be able to set strategies for aspects such as Account Opening, Credit Limit setting, Interest Rate allocation, and Collections.
For each phase, video material is available that explains the theory behind the aspect, and after setting the strategy for each phase, teams get to see reports that show the impact of the action on their portfolio’s Key Performance Indicators.
By using gamification in the learning, engagement is increased through the sense of competition, and this leads to a longer period of recollection.
